Chapter Minregiona Russia Dmitry Kozak considers it necessary to rewrite the building regulations in such a way as to enhance the ability of projects with non-construction solutions, announced «RIA Novosti Property».
«We need to expand opportunities for projects containing non-standard construction solutions that do not fit into the existing rules and regulations », - he said on Friday in public reception of Russian government.
According to him, it is necessary to expedite the processing of building codes and regulations, now have to rewrite the 400 different SNIP. «We are now doing that, and this issue will be resolved as soon as possible», - has added Kozak.
He noted that currently there are «conservative, outdated rules and regulations», which are not ready for new technologies in construction.
At a public reception for the Distinguished Chapter Minregiona turned inventor, finalist of the All-Russian competition «Russian house of the future» Igor Korolev.
He spoke about the innovative proposal of construction of low-cost affordable housing by upgrading existing mnogoetazhek, noting that this project, unfortunately, very difficult to implement in Russia despite the fact that it is six times cheaper than building new housing.
Kingdom explained that such individual projects did not link with the existing building codes and regulations and must be held to harmonize with many different agencies. However, he said, now in Russia carried out two pilot projects - in Kaluga and Surgut.
Chapter Minregiona noted that such a project «very interesting and deserves support as an example of new construction technologies». He added that this proposal will be distributed through the national industry association of builders, so that this experience could benefit from all Russian regions.
