Shortly Moscow authorities are planning to put on the sale of several plots of land to determine its fair market value of land as compared with its inventory estimate.
Management believes that the capital should not sell land cheaply, so that someone it earned on its resale. Now Moscow has already drawn up ownership of all the 500 hectares of land, with the total size of the capital of more than 100 thousand hectares.
Note that the first experiment on the sale of land in the ownership of the example of several sites in Zelenograd was the authorities of Moscow in 2000 d. Later, due to the fact that most sites had not been sold, he was unsuccessful.
