By the end of this year, the Ministry of Regional Development will make to government regulations to reform the pricing of construction, RIA «News». The decision on Friday said the head of department Dmitry Kozak to the board of the Ministry.
Although many of the raw materials are cheap enough, the price of housing in Russia is even higher than in many countries in Europe and North America. According to the minister, had already by 2009, will apply other methods, and pricing mechanisms in the building.
