Conditions for participation in the competitive selection, the principles of selection have been identified in advance orders of the Russian Federation Government and the Order of Rosstroya adopted pursuant to these regulations. The basis of calculation methodology is the principle of separation of subjects into groups on the subject of the grant budget from the federal budget and the principle of comparison in each group of subjects on statistical indicators of the level of accidents at the utility networks (water, sewerage, thermal), the depreciation of such networks, the ratio of investment and capital investments in maintenance and development to the cost of fixed assets.
In the competitive selection attended 78 of the Russian Federation, 36 members of the Russian Federation are recommended to obtain state support in the amount of 2 billion rubles for the subprogramme in 2007.
Minutes meeting of the commission and review materials will be posted on the official site Rosstroya online until 28 October.
