Oil-and-gas company " Itera " plans to erect in Ekaterinburg of 820 thousand square meters of habitation. The holding intends to invest in the project of 26 billion roubles. On the ground area the area of 176 hectares will construct apartment houses, and also schools, kindergartens and the commercial real estate.
